Issuee     à    Multi Level Marketing ( MLM ), which has been mushrooming in Indonesia, still becomes debates among those who agree with the system and those who disagree. Here are some of the arguments.

Point    à    On the one hand, people believe that the strategy can improve people's income and way of life.

Elaboration     à     By selling products, an MLMer will get an active income, that is 20% - 30% profit of the price of the product.

Elaboration    à    If someone, say Mr. Arnold, can prospect people to become his / her down line, Mr. Arnold will also receive a percentage from the goods the down line buys. If the down line can also expand the network, Mr. Arnold will also get percentages.

Point    à    Besides, it can develop one's personality and encourage him / her to work harder.

Elaboration    à    Because MLMs offer people financially freedom in the future, they will try to avoid feeling of worry and shy to prospect the products.

Elaboration    à    MLM companies also conduct seminars and meetings to encourage people to work harder.

        

Arguments against

 

Point    à    Many MLMers fail to prospect people either become members or buy their products.

Elaboration    à    Because MLM is neither advertised nor sold in general markets. MLMers should spend more time to memorize and persuade people the quality of their products. This really needs much spirit.

Point    à    Not all people agree the company's promise to improve people's income.

Elaboration    à    The cons say that they see a cheesy, obvious, and blatant appeal to greed and materialism.

Conclusion    à    Although there are few reasons why people don't want to follow MLM, it's not as bad. It depends on how people control and motivate themselves. Moreover, the marketing strategy has been legalized by government, and has been the most expensive profession ever known.

Learning Posting in my Blog

Today, Wednesday, June 9, 2010, I am joining In House Training of making use of IT. My trainers are Mr. Latif, Mr.Dadang, and Mr. Joko Bintoro. They train us patiently. The program is aimed to make all the teachers and staffs of SMA N 1 Kasihan are familiar with the IT. The first lesson is making an email. As I have already got the email, so directly I come to the next lesson, i.e making blog. Again As I have a blog, but not yet good, so I am learning to edit the profile, the photo, and how to post in my blog...................My goodness..............finally my blog will be OK after many times I ask my kids, Amar, Arfan n Rio to train me how to make a good blog. I know they are all busy with their study.
